Welcome to Rossendale Print. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Rossendale Print is a UK-based print management company providing professional print, design and branded packaging services to businesses and individuals throughout the United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Orders
By placing an order with Rossendale Print, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to place the order.
- All information provided is accurate.
- You agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Rossendale Print.
3. Quotations
Unless otherwise stated:
- Quotations are valid for 30 days.
- Prices are subject to change after this period.
- Quotations do not guarantee production availability.
4. Prices & Payment
Payment must be received in full before production begins unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Debit Card
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Secure Online Payment Providers
Ownership of goods remains with Rossendale Print until payment has been received in full.
5. Trade Print Partners
Rossendale Print operates as a print management company and works with carefully selected UK and international trade print partners and manufacturers to fulfil customer orders.
Where appropriate, production may be undertaken by these trusted third-party suppliers, all of whom are selected based on their quality, reliability and industry standards.
Rossendale Print remains your contractual point of contact for all quotations, orders, customer service, support and after-sales care. Any issues relating to your order should be reported directly to Rossendale Print.
6. Artwork Requirements
Customers are responsible for supplying artwork that is suitable for print.
We recommend:
- PDF format
- CMYK colour mode
- 300dpi resolution
- 3mm bleed
- Fonts embedded or outlined
- Safe margins respected
Rossendale Print cannot accept responsibility for print quality issues caused by customer-supplied artwork.
7. Artwork Approval
Where a proof is supplied, production will not begin until written approval has been received.
Customers are responsible for checking:
- Spelling
- Grammar
- Contact details
- Colours
- Images
- Layout
- Sizes
- Pricing
- QR codes
- Barcodes
- Any other content
Once artwork has been approved, Rossendale Print cannot accept responsibility for errors contained within the approved proof.
8. Turnaround Times
Any stated production or delivery times are estimates only.
Our advertised turnaround times, including our standard 3–5 working day service, commence only once all of the following conditions have been met:
- Full payment has been received.
- Final print-ready artwork has been supplied.
- Any requested artwork amendments have been completed.
- Written artwork approval has been received (where applicable).
Delays in providing artwork, approving proofs or making payment will delay production and delivery accordingly.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Whilst every effort is made to meet estimated delivery dates, Rossendale Print cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date unless this has been agreed in writing.
9. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only.
Rossendale Print uses trusted third-party courier services to deliver orders throughout the UK.
We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Severe weather
- Industrial action
- Customs delays
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are accurate at the time of ordering.
10. Colour Variation
Printed colours may vary slightly from:
- Computer monitors
- Mobile devices
- Previous print runs
- Pantone references where CMYK printing is used
Minor colour variation is considered acceptable within normal commercial print tolerances.
11. Product Tolerances
Due to the nature of commercial printing and finishing processes, slight variations may occur in:
- Colour
- Size
- Positioning
- Folding
- Trimming
- Finishing
These minor variations are industry standard and do not constitute a fault.
12. Design Services
Where Rossendale Print provides design services:
- All designs remain the intellectual property of Rossendale Print until payment has been received in full.
- Customers are entitled to reasonable amendments unless otherwise agreed.
- Significant redesigns or additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
13. Customer Content
Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all artwork, logos, images and other content supplied to Rossendale Print.
Rossendale Print accepts no responsibility for any copyright, trademark or intellectual property infringement arising from customer-supplied materials.
14. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before production begins.
Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be possible and charges may apply.
As the majority of our products are personalised or manufactured to your specification, cancellation rights are limited once production has started.
15. Returns & Refunds
As most products supplied by Rossendale Print are bespoke, personalised or made to order, they are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
If you receive:
- Incorrect goods
- Damaged goods
- Faulty goods
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs where appropriate.
Where Rossendale Print accepts responsibility, we may:
- Reprint the order
- Replace the goods
- Issue a full or partial refund where appropriate
16. Limitation of Liability
Rossendale Print’s total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods supplied.
We shall not be liable for:
- Indirect losses
- Loss of profits
- Business interruption
- Consequential losses
- Customer errors contained within approved artwork
17. Force Majeure
Rossendale Print shall not be liable for failure to fulfil its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Fire
- Flood
- Industrial action
- Supplier failure
- Power outages
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruption
18. Intellectual Property
All website content, graphics, branding and designs created by Rossendale Print remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers may not reproduce, copy or distribute website content without prior written permission.
19. Privacy
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
20. Website Information
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up to date, Rossendale Print reserves the right to amend or correct:
- Prices
- Product specifications
- Descriptions
- Availability
- Promotions
without prior notice.
21. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
