What Happens After I Upload My Artwork?

Once we receive your order, our team will review the uploaded artwork before it goes into production.

If we notice anything that could affect the final print—such as low image quality, missing bleed or an unsupported file—we’ll contact you to discuss the best solution before printing begins.

If your artwork is print-ready, we’ll move your order into production as quickly as possible.

Can I Upload More Than One File?

Depending on the product, you may be able to upload multiple files.

For example, you might need:

  • Front and back artwork
  • Different designs for multiple products
  • Supporting documents or instructions

If you’re unsure how to upload multiple files, feel free to get in touch before placing your order.

What If My File Is Too Large?

High-quality artwork files can sometimes be quite large.

If your file exceeds the upload limit, don’t worry.

Simply contact our team and we’ll advise you on the best way to send your artwork securely.

Can I Upload My Artwork Later?

If your artwork isn’t quite ready when you place your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We’ll let you know the latest time we can receive your artwork without delaying production.

Before You Upload

To help ensure the best possible print quality, check that:

  • Your artwork is the correct size.
  • Images are high resolution.
  • Bleed has been included where required.
  • Important text sits within the safe area.
  • Colours have been prepared for print where possible.
  • You’ve uploaded the final version of your design.

Taking a few moments to check your artwork can help avoid delays and ensure your finished product looks exactly as expected.
